Payment methods
Depending on what is enabled at checkout: credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT.
Security
You enter payment details directly on our payment provider’s secure page. We do not see or store full card details. The website uses HTTPS.
Invoice
After successful payment you receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.
Delivery of services
Our packages are services. No goods are shipped. Within one business day of payment we contact you by email to agree scope, information and schedule. Timelines follow from the package description or the quote.
Handover
We hand over results via a staging link, shared files, account handover or publication on your hosting. We ask for your approval before going live.
